What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed:

  • Your access token will be deactivated
  • Any generated reports will remain accessible for 7 days, then be deleted
  • You will receive email confirmation of the refund

Non-Refundable Situations

While we aim to accommodate all reasonable requests, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Requests made after the 30-day period
  • Purchases where the report has been shared with third parties (investors, banks, etc.)
  • Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
  • User error in data input (reports reflect the data you provide)

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or credit:

  • If technical issues prevented full use of the service
  • As a goodwill gesture for service interruptions

Disputes

If you have a payment dispute, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We're committed to resolving issues directly and fairly.
