Your whole team
Up to 5 named users share one credit balance. Each signs in with their own email and sees the account's balance, period and recent studies.
One balance, any level
Credits cover every level of study. Choose Starter, Professional or Full Business Plan per client; the study costs its credits when it is generated.

One credit is US$10 at list price. Packs below include bonus credits.

How credits roll over
- Unused credits carry into the next period.
- On a monthly pack the balance can't go above two times the monthly credits (Partner: 600 a month, so up to 1,200). Anything above that lapses at the start of a period.
- The oldest credits are used first.
- Re-running or editing the same project within 30 days costs nothing. Moving it up a level costs only the difference.
Terms in plain words
- Monthly packs run month to month in 30-day periods. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
- We send a Stripe invoice for each period in advance. Credits are added when it is paid.
- If an invoice is still unpaid 7 days after it is sent, new studies pause until it is paid. Your existing studies and credits stay available.
